The Founder
The man
behind the brew.
An MBA from Annamalai University, with years at SPI Cinemas, Yum! Brands, and Kandha Guru Ventures — Sathyan brought hospitality discipline to the humble kaappi stall.
His philosophy is simple: "The coffee must be fresh. The snacks must be honest. The customer must feel at home."
He still personally inspects franchise outlets, oversees coffee sourcing, and steps into the bakery to check puff production. That's the Kaappi 2.0 promise.
